At ZAZA, we want you to be totally stoked with your purchase! If things didn’t go as planned, no worries—our 30-day return policy has you covered. You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Be sure to keep that groovy receipt or proof of purchase handy, too.
How to Start a Return
If you're looking to make a return, just give us a shout at Hello@ZazaFun.com. We’ll groove things along from there. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label and some simple instructions. Items sent back without first getting approval won’t be accepted—so hit us up first!

Damages & Mix-Ups
We totally dig perfect orders, so if your item arrived damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, hit us up right away. We'll make it right, faster than you can say "peace, love, and chocolate."
Refunds
Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company might take a little longer to get that refund to you, so hang tight!
