ZAZA’s Far-Out Shipping Policy

At ZAZA, we want your goodies to reach you fast and in tip-top shape. We’re all about spreading good vibes and reliable shipping, so here’s what you need to know about getting your order:

Processing Time
We aim to groove things along and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. During those busy, peak periods, things might slow down just a bit, but we’ll still work our magic to get your order out as soon as possible.

Shipping Options
We’ve got a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Depending on your location and the size of your order, here’s what you can expect:

  • Standard Shipping : This is the chillest, most cost-effective option. We ship Priority mail and it usually takes around 2-3 business days, depending on where you’re located. But the Post office can get jammed up, especially during the holidays
  • Expedited Shipping: Need your goodies ASAP? Our overnight option is for you! Available for orders placed before 12 PM PT, Monday through Friday. Orders after 12 PM PT will ship the next business day.

Warm Weather Warning
If you’re ordering during spring or summer, heads up—chocolates might melt if your shipping takes longer than 2 days. We do our best to keep them cool with insulation, but after 48-72 hours, that insulation loses its magic. If you want your chocolate to arrive in perfect shape, we recommend choosing a 2-day shipping option at checkout.

Shipping Rates (charge a flat fee except for expedited shipping)
Shipping costs are calculated based on the method you choose, the weight of your order, and where you’re located. The cost will be shown at checkout, so no surprises there. Just a heads-up—shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping
We don’t generally ship internationally. If you feel you really, really have to have it, for personal or wholesale orders, reach out to us at Hello@ZazaFun.com

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package's journey online. Please note, some shipping methods may not have tracking available. Also, sometimes the post office’s tracking is not exactly correct.

Delivery Issues
If something funky happens with your delivery, hit us up right away. We’ll get in touch with the carrier and do what we can to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.
